Altitude Funds, LLC manages and brings to market a variety of private equity limited partnership fund offerings, sharing investment management responsibilities and performing all administrative services for such funds. Altitude is a wholly-owned subsidiary of GF Private Equity Group which is, in turn, owned by the Southern Ute Indian Tribe. GF Private Equity Group (www.gfprivateequity.com) is the merchant banking, venture capital and investment arm of the Southern Ute Tribe's Growth Fund. It is an active investor in venture capital funds and makes direct investments in companies bridging a broad array of industry sectors.  Our HeadquartersThe Southern Ute Indian Tribe is a federally recognized Indian tribe that has distinguished itself as the first Indian tribe to receive a AAA rating by the Standard & Poor's and Fitch rating agencies for its general obligation bond offering. It has established a well-known model for integrating the development of business and investment operations, better-known as the Growth Fund, with dramatic improvement of tribal services and benefits for its members over the years. The Tribe's Growth Fund (www.sugf.com) has become well-known as a manager of a variety of successful businesses and investment funds.
